A great hospital just outside of Mauston, Wisconsin, is seeking a Family Support Coordinator to join its exceptional team! Join an extraordinary team of healthcare professionals dedicated to providing outstanding patient care.
Pay: $29.00 - $40.00/hour
Social Worker Opportunity:
- Full-Time, Permanent, Direct-Hire
- Schedule: Day Shift, Monday - Friday, 8: 00 AM - 4: 30 PM

Social Worker Responsibilities:
- Assess the needs of families and develop individualized plans to address issues such as poverty, unemployment, mental health, or housing insecurity
- Act as a liaison between families and providers to facilitate access to healthcare, childcare, educational programs, and other social services
- Offer direct support during emergencies and connect families with immediate crisis resources
Social Worker Qualifications:
- A Master's degree from an accredited school of social work is required
- Must have or be eligible to obtain certification to work in the state of Wisconsin
- Must have an LSW or LCSW License
- Must have at least 3 years of clinical experience
