A well-respected hospital near Norfolk, NE is seeking an Surgery Nurse Manager to join their growing team! Sign on Bonus! Relocation assistance!
Pay Range: $38-$49/hr (based on experience)
Surgery Nurse Manager Opportunity:
Full-time, permanent hire
Schedule: Day Shift
Surgery Nurse Manager eligible for $5, 000 sign-on bonus
Relocation assistance available!

Oversees daily surgical unit operations, staffing, and patient care to ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Leads and supports surgical nursing staff through scheduling, performance management, and clinical practice standards.
Surgery Nurse Manager Qualifications:
RN Circulator must have unrestricted NE or Compact License
Current BLS and ACLS
3 years of Operating Room experience required
1 year of supervising experience required
CNOR preferred, but not required
