Job Description
Surgical Technologist $5K Sign-On + $5K Relocation | Central Nebraska
A hospital west of Fremont, NE is seeking a dedicated Surgical Technologist to join their team!
Surgical Technologist Pay & Benefits:
- Pay: Competitive based on years of experience
- Sign-On Bonus: $5, 000
- Relocation Assistance: $5, 000
Surgical Technologist Opportunity:
- Full-Time | Day Shift | 4x9s or 3x12s
- 36 hours/week minimum
Surgical Technologist Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced sterile techniques and serve as the primary scrub for surgical services
- Assist with delegated nursing duties within scope of practice
- Support case pulls, inventory, and supply management
- Demonstrate strong critical thinking, teamwork, and professionalism
Surgical Technologist Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited scrub tech program
- BLS required
- CST certification preferred (not required)
