Travel Occupational Therapist

A hospital located East of Birmingham, AL is looking for a travel Occupational Therapist to join their team. Details are below!
Pay: $60.00/hour
Occupational Therapist Opportunity:
- Full-time, travel contract
- Open to temp to perm as well
- Complete accurate and concise documentation of all communications, coordination and treatment activity.
- Accept responsibility for evaluation of the patient s functional status and for interpretations and implementation of the physician s plan of care.
- Complete assessment/reassessment and makes decisions based upon objective tests and measurements.
Occupational Therapist Qualifications:
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist with the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Current and active Occupational Therapist license
- Must be self-motivated, responsible, role model, well organized
- Have a nice appearance being well-groomed and demonstrate appropriate contact
