Ultrasound Technologist
A hospital near Spring Lake, North Carolina, is seeking experienced Ultrasound Technologists to join their imaging team! Join an excellent team dedicated to serving their community!
Pay Range: $34.00 - $54.00/hour
$10, 000 Sign-On Bonus
Ultrasound Technologist Opportunity:
- Full-time permanent position
- Day or Night Shift available
- Shift differentials available
- $10, 000 sign-on
- Relocation assistance available
- Ensures thorough patient preparation by answering questions, communicating special instructions with the supervising radiologist, and accurately recording exam times in the Radiology Information System (RIS) for timely access and interpretation.
- Maintaining ethical working relationships and good rapport with patents, staff, and interrelating hospitals or agencies
- Calibrating and maintaining the equipment to ensure it is functioning properly and reporting any malfunctions or performance issue to appropriate staff
Ultrasound Technologist Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Sonography program
- Current registration by ARRT (Sonography) or ARDMS Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS).
- Two or more RDMS certification preferred
- At least 1 year Previous sonography experience required
